Die-cutting machine DSM-1000 is a unique compact production die-cutting machine designed for die-cutting work in low to medium costs of digital and offset printing. For cutting, the machine uses a classic punching die system with a knife height of 23.6 mm and works on the principle of cutting a plate/plate with a maximum cutting pressure of up to 40t, a maximum knife length of up to 5m and a maximum weight of up to 600 gsm. To ensure accurate cutting of orders from digital printing, the machine is already equipped with matching cameras in the basic equipment to detect license plates. The device allows you to work in 3-in-1 cutting mode, i.e. 3 cutting cycles per sheet pass. This function enables the use of small-format dies even when cutting a sheet with multiple production, thus saving the costs of producing dies. DUPLO DSM 1000 can also be supplemented with an automatic separation module for the separation of goods and waste.
