FOLIANT Vega 400A

FOLIANT Vega 400A represents a new generation of affordable industrial laminators of compact design, designed for single-sided lamination of large volumes of sheets printed by B3 + digital technology. The machine has an integrated large-capacity sheet feeder and a cycling laminated sheet separator. The laminator is supplied as standard with a pressure roller with a non-stick surface. Thanks to the pneumatic pressure of the main cylinders (the compressor is built into the stand and is part of the standard delivery), high lamination pressures are achieved, which is a basic condition for the highest quality lamination of digital prints. Lamination speed is up to 18 m / min, work output up to 2100 B3 sheets per minute (when processing white paper 200 g / m2). The big advantage is the power supply of the whole set by a single-phase electric supply cable 230 - 240 V. The FOLIANT Vega 400A laminating machine is equipped with a high-capacity paper loader (the height of the stack on the moving table is up to 30 cm) and a proven loading head with capacitive sensor and vacuum belt. The Becker vacuum pump is used to aerate the sheets on the moving table and to vacuum the top sheets between the laminating rollers. The overlaps are continuously adjusted even when the machine is running with a screw. In steady mode, its stability is in the range of +/- 2 mm.
