FOLIANT Vega 530S represents a new generation of affordable industrial laminators of compact design, designed for single-sided lamination of large volumes of sheets printed by offset and digital printing in B2 + format. The lamination takes place between a pair of main laminating rollers - a high-gloss chrome-plated laminating roller with internal heating and a pressure roller with a non-stick surface. The pressure between the rollers is controlled pneumatically by the Festo system. The laminating roller is heated by an infrared lamp with sensitive sensor control. The time required to warm up to operating temperature is less than 10 minutes. The entire laminator is controlled by an interactive touch screen with icons, which systematically guides the operator through the control process and thus minimizes human error. Manual loading The FOLIANT Vega 530S laminator is equipped with a conveyor with an adjustable side stop for easy manual loading of sheets. Separator The integrated cycling separator separates the laminated sheets from the belt and places them in a vibrating table or fixed positioning hopper (option). The separation process is also corrected by the control unit. Laminating films The Vega laminating machine standardly processes polypropylene (BOPP) film with a thickness of 23 - 42 microns and nylon film with a thickness of 24 - 35 microns. Option Adjustable tray RU530 (option) * - This is a simple adjustable unloading table for automatic storage of laminated sheets. Jogger 530 (optional) * - This is an adjustable vibrating unloading table. Its capacity is limited to a block of paper 10 cm high.
