Microprocessor controlled hanging machine. Due to the well-tuned process control, the PräLeg is suitable for hanging individual books in an assortment bookstore as well as for series production in industrial bookshops and printers. The machine works on the known principle with a sword for receiving the book block and for feeding the book block between the glue application units. With almost no format settings, small and medium costs are handled as well as special sizes and ever-changing formats. The programmable microprocessor control takes over the control of the specific course during the application of the glue and the subsequent feeding of the book block into the book plates. The application of the glue can be adapted to various shapes of the book block (eg photo albums) and ways of gluing the spines of the book blocks by means of a control.
