PräziMark is the ideal machine for embossing individual names on promotional items and calendars. With the automatic loader, it is an excellent way for automatic processing of name lists during personalization, eg for pocket calendars. In combination with software that has been specially developed for this, high performance is achieved. With an average name length of 18 characters, about 250 - 300 products are processed per hour. Products without embossing are stacked in a dedicated container. The friction loader moves the product onto the feed belt and this belt transports it to the embossing position. Here it is taken over, embossed and then placed on the belt again so that it can be removed. All functions of this process are controlled by a PC and can therefore be easily optimized. The software allows data to be imported from many sources to ensure integration into existing data processing. The basic principle of embossing has not changed compared to a machine without a loader.
