The compact machine with an attractive price BSR 550 basic is structured as an offline solution. It is designed especially for customers who need to produce small and medium series economically and efficiently, as well as for customers for whom the flexible connection options and technical features of the BSR 550 Servo are not a priority. The individual products are fed into the punching area from a flat stacker and punched out with a flexible rotary punch. Sheet alignment on the side is done by a ball table. The positioning accuracy in the production direction is ensured by a system of positioning rollers, through which the sheets pass through a cutting roller with high accuracy without stopping. To replace the flexible punching dies, the entire break-out and output unit is disconnected from the punching area, and therefore optimum accessibility is guaranteed. After cutting, the inner cuts are separated and the cut-out grids are deflected. The BSR 550 basic is equipped with a unit with 5 air nozzles as standard. Each air nozzle can be mounted and adjusted without the use of tools. Breakout mechanisms with rollers are used to deflect the cut-out grids, gripping and unloading. These mechanisms can also be mounted and adjusted without the use of tools. After the cutting process and waste separation, each product comes on a belt (length 1 m). This belt is motorized in height and is equipped with an unloading table. This table can be easily removed if necessary. The BSR 550 basic has a format range between 550 x 750 mm and 210 x 210 mm. Sheets in the range of 0.5 mm and 80 g / m2 can be processed. The BSR 550 basic has a capacity of up to 8000 cycles / h.
