High-performance professional semi-automatic closing machine for TWIN WIRE binding. Processes brochures, desk and wall calendars. The machine can be adapted to formats from 60 mm to 700 mm. It closes spine diameters of 4.8 mm to 25.4 mm (3/16 "- 1"), binding type 3: 1 "and 2: 1". The control panel with touch screen provides high user comfort (input data settings, continuous data from the work process, error messages, ...) The punched document is inserted into the machine with the help of the operator. The subsequent closing process (fixing the document, threading the metal back, inserting the hook and final closing) is automated. A separate locking tool is required for each back diameter, which guarantees a precise result. In the case of the production of wall calendars, it is necessary to install a hook feeder. The RENZ company uses unique and patented technologies, where the calendar hook is first formed in the feeder and then inserted into the back. The capacity of the machine is up to 1100 pieces of bindings per hour.
