New Touchline CP375 MONO for perforation and creasing of sheets weighing up to 400 gsm. The machine is equipped with perforation tools for transverse and longitudinal perforation in one pass. Due to the interchangeable tools, the new Touchline CP375 MONO can quickly change from a creasing machine to a perforating machine or vice versa. By connecting to an online line with the TCF375, your CP375 MONO will be able to create even more complex online tasks: perforating, creasing and folding all in one operation in one pass. It allows to perform two parallel stacks of the sheet up to a weight of 400 gsm. Two positions for tool units. The transverse perforating bar can be exchanged for a creasing bar and can perform transverse creasing, longitudinal perforation and partial longitudinal perforation in one pass of the sheet through the machine. Machine adjustment, including perforation, is fully automatic via the touch screen. The loading of the machine is automatic by vacuum using belts and can be equipped with double loading control.
