BB50 high-speed semi-automatic closer. A robust, powerful, durable and very productive machine, which is designed and constructed so that the final product (book, brochure, calendar) reaches a top quality level. The machine can be adapted to formats from 5 cm to 50 cm. Up to 1,200 bindings per hour can be bound on it (depending on the operator, format and type of document).

Automatically closes manually inserted pre-punched documents using an electric foot control. The required input parameters of the machine are entered using a touch digital panel. Changing the format or spacing is easily done by the user. Closing metal spines up to 1” in diameter (25.4 mm) will be especially appreciated by mass producers of thicker brochures. Changing the tool approx. 15-20 min. Can be retrofitted with an automatic hook feeder for binding calendars.
