Automatic die-cutting machine Duplo DSM-1000

The guillotine cutting machine DSM-1000 is a unique compatible production die-cutting machine intended for die-cutting work in low to medium cost digital and offset printing. The machine uses the standard die-cutting system with blade heights of 23.6 mm and operates on the principle of sheet/board die-cutting with a maximum die-cut pressure of up to 40 t, maximum blade length up to 5 m and maximum substrate weight up to 600 gsm. To ensure precise die-cutting of jobs from digital printing, the machine is already equipped in standard equipment with register cameras for detection of registration marks. The device enables operation in a 3-in-1 die-cutting mode, i.e. 3 die-cutting cycles per arch pass. This feature allows the use of small-format dies even when cutting a multi-up sheet and thus reduces tooling costs. DUPLO DSM 1000 can furthermore be complemented with an automatic waste separation module for separation of trim and waste.
