MBO COBO-STACK 10i

MBO CoBo-Stack 10i is a palletizing solution for industrial operations. It is based on cobot technology – a cooperative palletizing system that does not require a protective cage. Product stacks, for example stacked sheets, are transferred from the lifter to the CoBo-Stack 10i device table. From there, the cobot picks up individual stacks (up to 6 kg) and places them on pallets. This relieves the operator of all physically demanding work.

Pallets can be placed on both sides of the CoBo-Stack 10i device, enabling continuous operation. While the MBO CoBo-Stack 10i is loading one pallet, the operator on the other side can move a full pallet away from the cobot and prepare the next empty one.

The indicator light and audible signal inform about individual operating states of the equipment. The operator does not need to be constantly present directly at the production machine and can focus on other tasks, for example quality control or preparation of the next job.
