MBO COBO-STACK 30i

The MBO CoBo-Stack 30i represents an extension of the CoBo-Stack 10i model. The device operates with three safety sensors that monitor the surroundings within a 1.5-meter circle. If no person is present in the safety zone, the robot operates at industrial speed. When a person approaches, the system automatically switches to a slower collaborative mode.

Product stacks, such as assembled sheets, are discharged from the loader onto the CoBo-Stack 30i device table. From there, the cobot takes over individual stacks and places them on pallets. This relieves the operator of all physically demanding work.

Pallets can be placed on both sides of the CoBo-Stack 30i device, enabling continuous operation. While the MBO CoBo-Stack 30i is filling one pallet, the operator on the opposite side can move a full pallet away and prepare another empty one.

The indicator light and audible signal inform about individual operating states of the equipment. The operator does not need to be constantly present directly at the production machine and can focus on other tasks, for example quality control or preparation of the next job.

Compatibility with other devices

CoBo-Stack 30i operates autonomously, and is therefore suitable for use with stacker depalletizers from various manufacturers. It enables optimization of the stack transfer speed and comprehensive integration with the folding machine.

Thanks to its high performance and payload, the CoBo-Stack 30i is especially ideal for deployment behind depalletizing lines or glue binders. Thanks to its flexible and autonomous design, it can also be used for a wide range of other palletizing tasks in industrial production.
